We also sell many of our products in wholesale quantities at greatly discounted prices. Generally to be eligible for a wholesale price discount a minimum order of 5 pieces of an item would need to be purchased. The discount prices are tiered so that the more you buy the less you pay per item. Customized order amounts can be accommodated should you have a special requirement. We are very flexible and easy to deal with so please get in touch with any such enquiries. Please try to provide us with as much information about your requirements as possible to allow to successfully answer your enquiry.

To get access to the wholesale prices please first create a regular user account and then contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ form. Please provide us with your username and a note telling us you would like to have access to the wholesale section of our site. Once we receive your request we will amend your account to allow you access and email to let you know this has been done. After that, whenever you login you will be given more pricing options than on the regular store for items that are available in wholesale quantities.

Please note, not all items on the store are available for wholesale. Once logged into your wholesale account you will see the items that are available for wholesale have many tier pricing options to choose from. Items that are not available for wholesale will simply have a single retail price available for them.

All of our products come direct from source in Thailand and are provide without fancy packaging which allows us to keep our prices low and shipping cost down.

If you want to make a customized order, for example, you would like to purchase a mix of 30 items of different styles and colours rather than 30 items of the same style we can accommodate this. To do so can you please email us through the ‘Contact Us’ form with details of the order you would like to make including the item codes and the quantities you would like. We will then calculate the wholesale prices for you and arrange for the payment and shipment of your order should you wish to continue. When placing a custom order, this would all be done directly, via email or telephone rather than ordering through the website.

If you are making a wholesale order and have an account with an international courier company such as DHL, FedEX, TNT, UPS, etc, and would prefer to have your wholesale items shipped using that account then please contact us with the account details necessary for us to ship your items using your preferred courier.

For large wholesale orders (45kg or more) freight service delivery can be arranged. The method used and overall cost will need to be agreed prior to sending your order. There may be additional handling costs involved when shipping via freight, this depends on the handling company and/or port authorities. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country where you are receiving the shipment.

It may be necessary for you to pay these fees before receiving your goods. We have no way of knowing if you will be charged or what amount as it differs from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Items shipped via freight should be collected promptly once they arrive at the relevant destination.
