Shipping & Delivery

Currently we are only shipping to the USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Other destinations will be added in the future once demand becomes high enough.

We usually ship your order within 48 hours after your order has been confirmed and authorized. We do not ship orders on weekends. We are unable to send items to P.O., A.P.O, or F.P.O box addresses and first orders will only be sent to the billing address of the recipient for security reasons.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the item once it has been posted. Additionally we cannot guarantee delivery times, as this is out of our hands once we have sent your items, but we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days for the EMS – Express Mail Service option and 5-10 working days for Parcel First Class (Airmail) option and 1 month approximately for Parcel Second Class (Surface). While most items arrive within the stated delivery time frame please allow up to 10 working days for EMS and 20 working days for Parcel First Class (Airmail) and 30 working days for Parcel Second Class (Surface) as the items may well just be held up on route.

EMS is provided with insurance up to the value of Bt 7,000 (Thai Baht). To find out what that is in your local currency please check here: Currency Exchange Rates. Please note that the rates shown do not include any exchange fees or loaded rates that maybe charged when refunding via Paypal and/or Google checkout. Additionally all items must be signed for at the point of collection. EMS delivery is provided with ID Tracking to allow you to check the progress of your delivery. Should you request this feature, please email us with your order number and we will send you the ID Tracking number which you can input here at the Thai Post Office website to follow your delivery progress.

The Parcel First Class (Airmail) and Parcel Second Class (Surface) options are provided with ID Tracking should you require it. Items are insured up to Bt 2,134 (Thai Baht) plus Bt 240 for each kg. For example a 2kg parcel is insured for up to Bt 2,614 (Bt 2,134 + Bt 480 (Bt 240 x 2kg)). All items below 2kg also have the option of being sent as International Airmail Small Packages. Lost items sent using this method are insured up to Bt 1,800 (Thai Baht) which can be claimed back from the Thai Post Office. We will make every effort to do this for you. International Airmail Small Packages are not provided with ID Tracking.

Local import duties may be payable on orders as our product prices are exclusive of any customs import duty that may be charge by the customs authorities of your country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country where you are receiving the shipment. It may be necessary for you to pay these fees before receiving your goods. We have no way of knowing if you will be charged or what amount as it differs from country to country.

If you are making a wholesale order and have an account with an international courier company such as DHL, FedEX, TNT, UPS, etc and would prefer to have your wholesale items shipped using that account then please contact us with the account details necessary for us to ship them using your preferred courier. For large wholesale orders (45kg or more) freight service delivery can be arranged. The method used and overall cost will need to be agreed prior to sending your order. There may be additional handling costs involved when shipping via freight, this depends on the handling company and/or port authorities. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country where you are receiving the shipment.

It may be necessary for you to pay these fees before receiving your goods. We have no way of knowing if you will be charged or what amount as it differs from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Items shipped via freight should be collected promptly once they arrive at the relevant destination.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and will not disclose any of your information except where we have your express permission to do so. Therefore no confidential or personal customer details, names and addresses will be disclosed to any third party. Customer details will be used internally and for marketing purposes only when you have given us your permission.

When you purchase our products and access the services we offer, whether as a registered user or as a guest, we collect the following information from you: First Name, Last Name, Billing and Shipping Addresses, Email address, Telephone Number, Details of your method of payment. Please also note that details of your method of payment will not be retained on our system as we use well known reputable third party payment systems to ensure your security.

We collect your personal information only to allow us to process and fulfil your orders. Email addresses or telephone numbers collected allow us to contact you if there is a problem with an order. Your information may also be provided to our third party service providers to complete the fulfilment of your order for products and services not provided direct by us but will not be sold on or disclosed to third parties for any other purpose. If any information we have about you is incorrect, please inform us immediately and we will make the necessary changes and contact you with confirmation of the changes.

If we make changes to this Policy we will notify you by updating this statement on our website. You can access our Website home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data. Your data is only required should you wish to make a purchase or request a service, such as, our Newsletter or Price Change Alert Service for example.

Should you wish to see the information we hold about you please login in to your account and navigate through ‘My Account’ to view or change your personal details. Should you wish to have your account permanently deleted please contact us through the Contact Us form and inform us of your request which we will honour.

By becoming a customer and/or registering with us and by providing us with your email address, phone number and postal address you consent to receive communication in relation to our products, services and special offers that you may be interested in. This will usually be in the format of a newsletter. You can unsubscribe or opt out of this at anytime by visiting your account page, logging in and making the necessary changes.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. The item(s) must be received by us within 14 days of notification in their original condition, unused, and re-saleable before we can give refunds, exchanges or credit notes. Please send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid delays at Customs. Please retain your shipping documentation.

Returns must be authorized in advance by email so please 'Contact Us' prior to sending your item(s) back. Returned items should be repackaged securely in protective packaging and must include a copy of your invoice number (which you will have received by email after making your purchase online) and a note describing the problem. The cost incurred for sending you your item(s) is non-refundable. The cost of postage for returning an item to us is a cost to the customer and is also non-refundable. Please insure returned items for their full value and retain tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for returned items not received.

Items that we sell or may sell in the future which we are unable to resell, such as, earrings, underwear, bikinis, bedding, made to order or tailor-made items, etc are not refundable. Please be sure you want the item before committing to a purchase as no refund will be given on these types of items.

Ordering

Please begin by browsing through our categories which you can find on the left of the screen or by clicking on a categorie in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Within those categories you will find all of our products. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select any relevant attributes for the product, such as, size, colour, etc and select the quantity you would like to buy then click on the 'Add to Cart' button underneath each item.

To review the items in your shopping cart click the ‘Shopping Cart’ link at the top right-hand of the page. You can use the 'Remove Item' button to delete items from your shopping cart, just click on the rubbish bin symbol next to the item you want to remove. Click on 'Proceed to Checkout' to complete your order.

Making Payments

For your continued security and peace of mind no information is supplied to us about your credit card details during the purchase of an item from our site. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal. The information required is collected solely for PayPal to securely process the order using the latest security encrypted payment processing systems, and is not accessible to us.

If you already have a Paypal account then you can make your purchase using that account so that you don’t even need to fill out your details. If you do not have a Paypal account but would like to have one, you can sign-up free at : Paypal. Through the Paypal payment system we accept all major credit and debit cards.

All prices can be seen in US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, British Pounds Sterling. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked your details and verified our stock availability.

Enabling Cookies

Our online ordering system uses a cookie to keep track of your order as you use the system. Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information; they only enable us to store items in your Shopping Basket between visits. If your internet browser is set to reject cookies or if your network firewall won't allow them then unfortunately you will not be able to use our online store or the online stores of just about any other online retailer.
